I'm sorry - I don't really know 5 things... I mean I'm sure you could stir fry, sautee, steam, etc. But my step-dad makes really good zuccini and it's the only way I eat it. He cuts it into round slices, dips it into egg, and then either flour or bread crumbs and then he fries them in a skillet. They are delicious!

Oh! My mom used to make home made zuccini bread. It was always really good, really moist and it tasted good which I always thought was weird since it was a desert made from a vegetable.

Take a larger overgrown zuccini and remove the seeds. Add a mixture of cooked sausage and your favorite spaghetti sauce. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven. I also slice zuccini and place it on aluminum foil. Top with sliced cherry tomatoes. Top with chopped basil. Add sliced mozzarella or grated parmesean cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and place on grill or bake in oven until zuccini is fork tender.
Zuccini can be grated and put into freezer containers for future use in breads or cakes. I also love to make them into pickles. How about using them in salads. When young and tender just slice them into your salad.

You could bake Zucchini and Summer swuash with tomatoes, bell peppers, mushrooms and onions. Toss this with boiled penne pasta and marinara sauce. Bake with cheese topping. A more detailed recipe is one of my discussions. Check it out. You could also add zucchini and squash in a stoup( soup which is thinner than stew but thicker than soup) --I learnt that from Rachael Ray on Food Network.:)Could give you some stoup recipes if you want.
