To me its "Be what you are and do your best. Develop your talent so that I and the others around me enjoy it"

Success is doing what you do, while being able to be true to you. Not an easy thing to do in the business world.

there is no absolute definition of success. To me, making a resonable goal & approach it through my diligent work. that's the success.
