What is your opinion on what type of punshment a person driving drunk should get.

They shouldn't drink and drive. it is dangerous you could hurt someone. or hurt yourself. They are serious about DUI. nowa days. you go to jail, lose your liscense, pay a big fine.

They should have there car confiscated for six months and then they should be made to sit their driving test again. They should also be made to do community service.

I think the punishment for drunk driving should be jail time. I think most are not learning their lesson from the current punishments. My views have changed alot since my mother was injured by a drunk driver.
