diba, there are certain tyopes and ways on how to cook adobo? which one do you prefer with coconut milk, with sauce or the dry adobo?

these are the certain types of adobo:
1.The white adobo- this is the original recipe before the spaniards came, Its just the meat, vinegar , salt and pepper. pretty much very basic.
2.basic adobo-Its the most common type of adobo now-Its just meat, soy sauce, vinegar, pepper, garlic and potatoes, this type of adobo is just simmered, no frying or sauteeing.
3. Adobo with onions- This is the basic adobo with onions, this type of adobo where sauteed first.
4. fried adobo- meat is fried before being simmered in marinade
5.crispy adobo- basic adobo recipe simmered until dried and crispy.
6.saucy adobo- adobo drowning in sauce
7.Citrus adobo- adobo that uses Lemon or Calamansi isntead of vinegar
8. adobo sa gata- adobo with coconut milk.
