Online legit jobs?

Im looking to make a little bit of extra income working online part time. It seems everywhere I look, they are always asking for payment of some sort. I don't think I should have to pay to work. They should pay me to work. These people are working backwards. I'm not looking for a get rich quick kinda scheme. Where could I look to find that legit job??
