Who did you listen to more from the 60/70s? Stones, Beatles or Monkees?

Definitely the Beatles, then the stone have space on my iPod. SOrry but the Monkees don't make the cut.
Remember Zager & Evans - 2525?

I love to listen to Peter, Paul and Mary and the Richeous Brothers mostly. Willie Neslon as well.

Probably I liked the Stones more and listened to them more than the Beatles. But my favorite band of that era was The Who, and more of my early records (yes, those vinyl things) were by them than any other band. I still have them, as well as a number of CDs.

Beatles ranked, and still do, No.1. Followed closely by the Rolling Stones. Never liked the Monkees.

When I was 11 years old, it was the Beatles and the Monkees (that was 1965!). But once I was older, in the late 1960s and through the 70s and 80s~ the Stones, well, of course, after the Beatles broke up! I never got into MTV, but as my life experience grew, Stones' songs were sometimes more appropro.

Beatles by far! Personally, I see no real talent in the Stones. None of their music seems catchy to me, no their lyrics very well thought out, their lack of vocal talent is obvious and there sure isn't much to look at! lol

Had to be The Beatles. Their songs meant something, gave me a reason to really listen to the words. I didn't get into The Stones till after The Beatles stopped touring. But the Fab Four are still number one for me.
You have to give the Stones credit, they are still rocking after all these years.
