If theres no such phrase as "I Love You"

What are you going to say to your love ones? if there is no such a phrase as "i Love You" in terms of words of showing how much you love, how can you say it to those people that you truly care.

There are lots of tangible ways--hugs, kisses, holding hands, even just SMILING conveys your feelings to someone. Being there for those close to you is a very big way to show your caring for them and being interested in what they feel/think/say etc.
