will rating reduce the earning..?

If you rate another person's discussion positive their, star rating will increase if they get a particular number of votes. In that way the earning capacity of that person will also increase.. For example, the earning capacity of rating 9 person is different from a 3 rating person.. He will get more than the 3 rating person.. if you give a discussion -ve, the earnings will decrease if the person gets a particular number of -ve votes... and all the opposite of what u get when u give +ve response.. It is the opposite if you rate you some reply as good surely it is going to help you in the long run.
