Anyone who knows an effective way to treat nummular eczema?

I've been pestered by this skin condition for more than a year now. I only have a few near my ankles but they just don't seem to go away with Iterax and Prednisone and I'm really bothered. Can anyone please help me? I already miss wearing mini-skirts!
