Scrabble - don't you just hate the game?

To be honest, whenever someone goes "Gimme a game!", it usually comes from my grandfather's mouth. At the instant he says it, I know he wants me to go get scrabble out. I am always thinking "Great, it'll be a breeze... Scrabble's easy!" forgetting the fact that I could have gone to Africa before he finishes saying the words that he implaces onto the board. When he places the down I think "What have I gotten myself into?!?". What should I do?
