Why do guys drink for one reason or the other? I have seen a lot of guys drinking especially when they feel low, either because of love failure or job or for whatever reason. Why is this?

Well for me it was just to BLOCK out everything that was happening around me (even though it was temporary) I didnt care.. there was nothing in the world that mattered to me at that particular time but the bottle. It happens.. Its a quick fix..

So you say, a bottle of drink acts as a block and that nothing worries you when you drink? or are you an addict?

No Im not an addict.. At the time something devastating happened to me so I turned to the bottle.. I stayed with the Bottle for almost a week or possibly more.. Nothing else mattered at that time but the bottle.. I shut myself out from the rest of the world.

Didn't you think something other than the bottle would have helped you in that situation?

Ya, Most of the drunkards give one or the reason to drink. But in reality, they cannot overcome their problems or pains of whatsoever just by drinking. The highness obtained from alchoholic consumption is only temporary and cannot lost forever. When you come out of your kick, you have to carry your own cross.
