How do you manage your mental stress?

I have no special ways but find my work and friends as great stress busters. these are normal ways giving you a temporary escape, if you want to have a more solid solution - identify the reason causing stress and work on it, teach your brain not to get stressed because it's only a practice and build on your faith.

Meditation, a wonderful thing, but really hard to practice. I am really glad that you do it when under stress.
