How do you manage your mental stress?

Do you have any special ways to manage your stress?

I have no special ways but find my work and friends as great stress busters. these are normal ways giving you a temporary escape, if you want to have a more solid solution - identify the reason causing stress and work on it, teach your brain not to get stressed because it's only a practice and build on your faith. Thanks

Sometimes, work and friends can also give stress I guess ;)

I have a meditation routine. It clears my mind. For me, stress usually comes when events happen that I can not, or am unwilling to, do anything about. When I feel it comming on, I just get by myself for a few minutes and go through my routine.

Meditation, a wonderful thing, but really hard to practice. I am really glad that you do it when under stress.
