Do you follow the saying 'Early to bed and early to rise' ?

How many of you really follow this? I feel this really improves the quality of life. i try to do but i sometimes fail.

yaa its true but very difficult to achieve as now the life has changed its shape, but the meaning of this is really promising.

Yes, you are right. people do not find time for themselves. everything else hase become more important than health itself. Thank you for your expressing your thought.

frankly speaking it dosent work with my schedule.but most of the times i try to follow. but let me try to do it atleast twice a week

yes. early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy wealthy and wise. but i have no scope to follow this proverb.

yes i try to do it but succeeds only sometimes. its really worth trying to make it a habbit.
