How to know the good mood of the Bos ?

I've working around 3 years in a company, I have a very sensitive 'bos'. She always angry and critical for everything therefore we always afraid to meet and ask her. Her faced always scare and We never know when will she have the good mood. Can you give me the suggestion of that ?
