in our daily life we use to take a different types of diet to control our body from obesity we have to take healthy food which means we have to eat a well diet like having fruits daily having non veg twice in a week eating raw vegitables like carrot tomato etc by taking food like this in our daily life we will be healthy and have a fun through out the day
