I started his collection of books and actually have enjoyed them. I am curious as to what others think of his writing.

he is just THAT GOOD! I don't know why, but he is. He really knows how to hold your attention. It's great. It's also hard for me to find books that I can honestly say has held my attention, but he definitely has.

I absolutely love James Patterson books. He has very short chapters and all his books are fast readers. I have finished a few of his books in a matter of a couple of days. Every time a new book of his comes out, I am quick to purchase it. As a young inspiring author, i look up to him a great deal and wish to someday write the way he does.

I've enjoyed his Alex Cross books. I'd like to find out more about some of his other series. See how they compare to the ones I have read by him. He really knows how to keep a story going and keep the reader guessing till the very end.

I've read his 'Sam's Letters to Jennifer', its a touching story captivating our minds....perhaps he the most "page-turningest author in the game right now" as described by San Fransisco Chronicle

I enjoy James Patterson books very much. I have been trying to collect and read all of them. I am impressed with the amount of sentimentality and emotion he writes his characters. I enjoy the Alex Cross character enormously, but pictured Denzel Washington more than Morgan Freeman when reading the books . . . but I think Morgan Freeman played a fine Alex Cross in the movies.

James Patterson is one of my favorite authors. I really like the murder clubs eries, though I didn't like the fifth one as much. And, The Lake House and the rest of that series is awesome and frightening all at once.
And, of course, I started reading his work because of Alex Cross....haven't read the newest one yet, but it's on my list.

I've read a number of his books and I've really liked them. His Alex Cross novels are my favorites, and I also really enjoy the "murder club" series. I believe he has a new Alex Cross novel that either just came out or is being released soon. I'll definitely have to get it.
