on an average 1 kg can be achived by just doing regular exercise and keep ourselves away from junk foods

I think if u exercise daily and maintain a strict diet routine then 2-3 kilos a month is easily achievable.

but if loose that weight and after in the nex month you abuse in food,the weight will increase very much
