Mobile phones with camera should or should not be allowed in School or colleges

They should not be allowed at all... whether its with camera or without it... Its just an distraction for the students...

I totally disagee with that. Especially if you're a student who lives in the hostel... the school or college hostel can't provide individual phones for every student and the phones that are provided always happen to be busy... so in such cases, mobile phones are definitely a necessitiy.

I don't think it's a question of should they or shouldn't they be allowed... it's more about how they are used, because like it or not, mobile phones with cameras are here to stay... if you ban them in schools and colleges, I'm sure students are smart enough to smuggle them in anyway... and if not in the school or college, they're going to be using them outside anyway.
