Is it your fault if u r poor?

I m an indian and in india i have seen a lot of partiality among people. The people who r rich are served as if they r angels but the poor's r treated as animals. Why they treat them as if they r not human beings? Why they r not given all their rights? Why they have to suffer all the pain and injustice? Why they r not allowed to stand with others(rich)? Why they r neglected everywhere? Is it their fault if they r poor? Is it their fault if they have no money? Is it their fault if they can't look stylish?Well i think its absolutely not their fault and i m totally against of such behaviours. What d u think?
