I'm thinking about it, I can't get this computer figured out. I can work it but only things like typing and surfing. I want to be able to make a web page, upload things and so on. I've looked around the web for sites to learn on but how do you know who's right,so school is my thought.

If you have the time and money to take a class on learning how to build a webpage, I don't see age as being a stopping point. My grandma would do crosswords everyday. It was insane how many she would do! When I asked her why, she said to keep her learning active. Because only when one stops using it, does it then stop learning....regardless the age.
She was right! And I have always had a thrist for learning.
So, if one day I am 60 years old and think of wanting to take a class to learn something, I will not let my age stop me! :) Neither should you!
Besides....50 really isn't that old!
