which do you prefer: green apple or red apple?

I always go for the red delious apple although I have been buying the new nashi fruits when they are available, they are a cross between an apple and a pear, very sweet and juicy....

I prefer red apple because I haven't tried green apple in my entire life. Wow! I am missing something??? maybe I need to buy one soon and taste it so I can have a point of comparison between the two.

I like the red ones, but where I live you dont get good fruit.The apples are at times have brown spots in the inside,but I really like apples.

My absolute favorite apple is a granny smith, green tart apple. I also like Gala (red) apples, and my husband loves Macintosh's. He has relatives in upstate New York who send them to us sometimes. I'm not crazy about the red delicious apple, and the golden delicious is my absolute least favorite. For having "delicious" in the name, I find them both pretty flavor-less. But that's just me. Interesting thing about apples, we've always known that they're good for us, and I for one find them very tasty and filling. But I've recently read that eating an apple can be more effective than caffeine at waking you in the morning. I find that fascinating. I haven't given up caffeine, but I have started eating more apples in the mornings!

I hate red apples personally, they have a nasty taste and tang to them. I far prefer green apples, preferably crunchy and not soft. I put mine in the fridge so they are nice and crisp.

I prefer a nice hard green sour baking apple like a granny smith. I do not like mushy red apples at all but have found that macintosh (the edible apple) is also a really good apple to eat as well.
