I do not eat fast food. I try to sonsume lots of fruits, vegetables and whole grains. I may have pizza once in a blue moon.

atleast four times in a week.fast or junk food is quite popular among young people because its easy to make if prepared at home and because its taste great.i like chicken burger and pasta.

well it is not fixed.i eat fast food whenever i like.it may b once or twice or even thrice a week.
