What is your favorite chinese chicken dish?

Is it really chicken in those dishes? LOL. I prefer General Zso's chicken because it is spicy. And this poll is also against rule number 7 of the myLot guidelines.

i love chilly chicken ans chicken chowmin

when it comes to chicken, i love chicken adobo. it's a delicacy here in the philippines. i simply fry garlic, onion, tomatoes and red bell pepper. i cook in sliced pieces of chicken. then, i pour small amount of soy sauce and vinegar. some pepper, sugar and a dash of salt. and it's done. really delicious!

Sorry!!!!1 i am pure vegeterian.And in chinese i prefer veg only like fried rice and hakka noodles..
