Dawn,
My Ex-husband and I had two girls together and he was only court ordered to pay $55 per week for those two girls. He never, ever paid a penny and when they would find him, he would quit his job. Then he walked out on our girls for seven years. When he came back around, he wanted to 'parent' them and they won't let him - can you blame them reallY? They make their beds, so they will eventually have to lie in them.

I have 3 girls and i'm ineligible for child support because their father and his wife live on welfare. . .Yeah a man living on welfare doesn't have to pay for his children.. ..I have heard of website where you can post the deadbeat dads photos and list how much your owed in support. maybe him being listed on the net would make him pay. There is also supportkids, but they take 25% of the money.

If you know he has the money, then hire an attorney and go get it! If you know he is broke and living out of his car, then you might have to let it go.
Most states have strict guidelines for collecting from fathers who don't pay their child-support. You might not even need an attorney.
