Bsnl download speed

People who have bsnl as their ISP in India please clarify my doubt.I am happy that it has provided 2Mbps for all its user but my torrent speed is sucking.It is around 10-20Kbps only do u also have this problem

my torrent speed is 55kbps on an average with bsnl Rs. 500 plan

oh....u get torrent speed of 10-20KB that's cool man.......i don't even get THAT.......it's poosible that all exisiting 256kbps users could be connected as a lan network so if many people download the speed may get reduced or bsnl itself would have reduced night time speed cause they might not want to run in a loss...if u r specific to get full band width y not go to home 3300 plan u'll get full bandwidth thre abd 20GB free space....;-)
