are there any natural remedies for anxiety??

well i have serious anxiety problems. i am anxious for many things and it really takes away my peace of mind.any natuaral remedies??? i dotn want to take medicnes. also is it true that anxiety is hereditary??

Anxiety or depression is not hereditary. I think meditation and yoga can help you overcome your anxiety. Sit in peace, close your eyes and collect yourself. Think of your problems and what are the possible solutions.. talk to your parents and their support can help you overcome your fears and anxiety.

a simple remedy is st johns wart (or wort i think). Meant to be a very good remedy for anxiety or depression. Just don't take if you are pregnant. CBT is also a good therapy (cognitive behavioural therapy) that involves no medication. It attempts to correct the thought processes that cause anxiety. if you want more info then message me or respond.

The thoughts will keep on flowing in us, even at sleep. Some are necessary for our day today life. and most of the thoughts are unnecessary, which is the main cause of anxiety. Meditation will eliminate the un necessary thoughts and keep you calm. No. it is not at all hereditary.

It's not hereditory. It comes thro' Ur food. What foods U eat, just tell me. Anxiety comes thro' pitta dosham. Have U heard of vata, pitta & kapha in ayurveda? U should not eat pitta foods. I've told U to eat unpolished red rice, raw vegetables, plain milk, drink as many as 8 glasses of water. Dont drink coffee or tea. Drink OATS everyday instead of coffee or tea. U drink wheat bran kheer in between two foods. Eat fruits with their peel except oranges, sweet lime etc. Drink amla syrup everyday. Definitely U will get rid of anxiety.
