Best Downloading Software??

i was wondering which software is the best and most used !! now that there are so many.. ares,limewire,kazaa... i've also heard that these often contain viruses.. can you'll tell me which one you'll use .. and whether it is good or do you'll download from the internet

I really love kazaa, I always find what I search, but really it brings a lot of viruses for your pc, so you must have a good defense against virus. have a nice day, raghav.

I use download accelerator from speedbit.It works well for me.I use antivirus to stop virus entering in to my system.

the limewire is the best..it's much faster than the kazaa..and there's so many users in the limewire software..
