How would u like to be BOSS or LEADER

A BOSS always says GO. but a LEADER says LETS GO..... being leader is more difficult , being boss is so rude..

i bealieve in being a leader , as a leader is always HArd working and the Boss is always Lazy , leader makes his name after an achievement

hi,mostly ilike to be as leader..but some times based on situation i too behave like boss.
