if you have a download manager like getRight or FlashGet, you can download YouTube videos (.flv format) through http://keepvid.com, just copy the YouTube video link then paste+enter it on keepvid.com port to reveal the actual link.. or use Orbit Downloader, a download manager and video grabber.. with this, you can download videos from YouTube, DailyMotion or any other video sharing site directly.

sure ^^ there is some videos that I can't find in anywhere. I get them with a firefox plug-in ^^ it's easy and faster

Thanks for starting this. I've always wondered if there was a way to download the video instead of just copying and pasting the codes to use the video somewhere else (such as Myspace). All I ever use is Firefox, so I am going to check that out now! Thanks again!

There is an add-on for Mozilla Firefox called Video Downloader 2.0 and the download is done through context menu and the pop-up window, the download is in FLV format so you might wanna download some FLV player if your player doesn't support it, or some good video converter if you want to change the format in one of the formats more widespread. I haven't tried the converter, but it's not mission impossible. I hope this satisfies you, and that you can manage to do that and enjoy it. Cheers.
