I think a person's success depends on his own definition of success. Everyone has different goals, dreams.. but in the end what matters is how those goals and dreams make him proud of himself.

Personally, I used to compare my success in my career with those of my friends, colleagues and even contemporaries. But as I grew older, I've come to realize that success didn't come with how big I am earning or how others envied my so-called success. It's about me being proud of what I have eventually become. :-)

my definition of success is when i can help people to get their dream. the key of success is define to your daily activity or the rutins.

well thats the problem.. in my 23 years of lifetime i still dont know what i like... lots of goals of no dreams...its complicated..
