HOW DOES HIV SPREAD?

Can one get infected if he/she used a needle that a hiv infected person already used but 4-5 hours ago.
I have a doubt , is there any time dependency on the exposure of HIV infected needle to a healthy person.

No I donot mean to take achance with adity needle.
I mean if accidently that needle get in contact of some one to teh extent taht it pierces the skin.
It happen many a times that you get accidently a small cut through a knife .
Just imagine , through the same knife some one too got a cut but he was HIV infected .
In that case what you say.
