Why you drink Tea?

I don't know if there is any one particular answer of this question.Some time I take tea because I love it. some time i take it to get some warm feeling.sometime for headache, some time to be away from sleep, some time for request, and there are a lot of causes.I think 1000 people will give thousands differrent answer.it is really interesting.I am researching on it.Please tell me the causes of "why you drink tea?"

it really refreshes us..i feel tats the main reason...

Green tea and black tea have the same total level of antioxidants.The type of polyphenol differs-green tea has simple flavenoids called catechins,while black tea has more complex flavenoids called theaflavins and thearubigins.But forget the scientific names-just remember that teas of whatever colour are the richest sources of flavenoids-and all flavenoids are believed to be beneficial.With different types perhaps protecting against different diseases a mixed daily intake of both green and black tea is probably the wisest course

I drink green tea because it's delicious and it's good for you. It has a lot of anti-oxidants in it.
