good money making sites

I would like to know whether someone of you knows some good pay to click, etc. sites. I mean sites that will pay minimum 5 or 7 cents each e-mail and also offer other tasks to carry out. I found three sites in the last days where I already made a few dollars in each one of them. Minimum payout is high, but I don't mind. What I'm looking for is something which pays good, free to join, with no software to download and no points as payment, but just money. If you know about something like this, pls let me know.
