What will you do when you feel depressed and dishearted. What stressbuster's do you try on yourselves?

When I feel depress i'm starting to sing. It makes me feel good and cheer me up. I'm an optimistic guy and even when i'm sad, i'm getting happy once again, so I name myself as a happy guy :) Smile to the world and be optimistic !

I think its better to sit quite or go and a nap which can really refresh you or the best thing is to cry out and tell it to ur close friend. This would help out to reduce the feel of depression.
