well i use it for most of the things for washing ,recrystallization,ellution,as a solvent, as a dilutent to make other solvent syatem,to make electrodes,to set up electro-chemical cells and lot tof thnigs ]

Yes, I know distilled water is used in labs. And also, my dad uses it in our inverter battery maintainence. But I dodn't understand what this discussion is about? I mean do you just want to know about uses of distilled water or what?

may be you might be working in a chemistry lab,,,,well we use it only in the battery maintainence.....
