why 500 above rating member can paste?

i want to know why 500 above rating member can paste in the discussion. they can also copy paste others comment.dont u think so.
i m facing some problems as i cannot paste- when i start discussion, many time server go down and i have to write it all again.

see, its a very obvious thing mlot has done.
if a new member has joined mylot than to earn money he wont write true responses rather copy and paste all in the discussions , so to remove this problem they had done this very simple logic

that is the new rule of mylot community, let us just abide the their rule. that is according to them.. to avoid spamming..

because they have been like members really so its kind of like saying thank you for being loyal to our site because 500 is a lot of posting i must say
