Age Gaps

i've never dated anyone more than 2 years older or younger than me. i just couldn't do it. i didn't feel comfortable with it. my sister once dated a guy that was 20 years older than her. i don't know what was going through her mind at the time. it was a friend of hers dad. eww. well eventually she started to realize they had nothing in common and broke it off. my parents weren't happy about it because the guy was only like 3 years younger than my dad. but my sister was 20 so there wasn't much they could say or do about it.

I only have 5 years difference with my boyfriend but my best friend have about 10-11 years with her bf. I know her parent accept it immediatly. They know huw much in love they are. I don't think that age really matter except when you are really young. One of my co-worker daughter is dating a 40years old man and she's only 20!!! I think thyat it's too much. They didn't live the same thing and are not at the same point in their lives

i once dated a man 7 yrs older than me. my parent's not strict with me, as long as i dont cross the line.
