E-mails received from MYLOT = how can I stop it??

Every event of discussions responses and activit5ies from my Friends in MYLOT generates an e-mail to my mailbox and totally overloads my mail traffic. How can I stop or reduce this??

go to friends press it all your friends come up, and press notify off

Thanks for the aqdvice it realy worked and stopped all e-mails
