Tee-Hee! Me too! I'll keep watching this to see if anybody'll come up with a magic potion! As for the fish oils:- great as preventitive action, but as a cure? Aint working! Maybe if you started when you were 10!

I disagree, they do not work like medication that gives instant results but you do not know how much worse they would be without the fishoil supplements

You need to add lots of omega 3 into your diet. Avocados, salmon or any oily fish are all good for both your skin and arthritis because they have a natural anti inflamatory property in them
