Attractive hosts and increasing concerns about obesity seem to be pulling in younger viewers for The Food Network. Is it possibly the next MTV? I used to love watching Emeril, but when Rachel Ray came out, I was hooked on her. 30 Minute Meals is right up my ally as a busy mom cooking for my family. How many of you watch this channel and what are your favorite shows? Have you tried any of the recipes?

Actually there is no Food Network in the Philippines, but Rachel Ray show was being aired here. I love Rachel Ray show, very informative.

Was it the Rachel Ray talk show, or the Rachel Ray Cooking show (30 Minute Meals)? I know she has a talk show, but I've never seen it. However, her cooking shows are great because she makes a complete meal, including dessert, in 30 minutes. Great recipes too, I've tried a few!
