I travel or 3 hours a day 1)one and half hours in the morning by train (to office). 2)one hour at night by car (from office). Is it possible for me to meditate during this time?

Hello kou7hik, This is NOT a good place to meditate. Yes, you may have the hours to spare, but in a state of meditation you are opening your energy and public places are not a good place to be in an open vulnerable space. Your place of meditation needs to been clean and as centering as possible - that is not possible on public transport. These are places where you need to densify your energy and not leave it open to unseen energies.

Yes!You are right.Meditation should be practiced in a clean and calm place in the beginning. And the running bus or car will not help to concentrate. One can sleep instead.Cheers!

Meditation on Third Eye Chakra - When in movements one can meditate on two chakras: HEart chakra and third eye chakra. This picture demonstrates third eye chakra meditation,
Yes, it is possible! I have done so I can suggest one thing: You can meditate on heart chakra or on third eye chakra. These two chakras are more sensitive while movements is there. So it is good to meditate on those: I mean any one of two at a time!

Yes you can.. Just be aware of your breath. Dont confine Meditation as a practice to sit and do. When you dont do it, you will say I am not doing it. Meditation happens at many times only thing is that we are not aware of it. When a pilot drives a plane, he is in meditation. When you do your work intenty you are in meditation. Though all these are different types of meditation, the sages have prescribed that highest form of meditation is the meditation on one's own self. Focusing on the breath is one easy way to do..
