This is not an argument about God, I do not wish to discuss God here. The discussion is purely based on the pro's and con's of religion in the world. Has it caused more damage in the world than creation? Has it caused more war than peace? More hate than love? More closed minds than Opened? More judgement than acceptance? Please discuss at neutral perspectives. Thank you.

I feel tht the concept of religion came into place to make mankind more civilised, sociable, organised,to make them feel tht Almighty is all powerful, and he is omnipresent. But somehow, people created thr own Gods and all started fighting for thr God.The best option is the concpet of Free Religion, which is alrady predominant is Far East.

Tht's true we commit crimes and say tht our God says , this way we will go to heaven. All religions are gr8,because they preach the same God,& God is one some go for idol worship, some say it is faceless, but all the time we are praying the same universal spirit.
