I am a controlroom operater at n alarm company near capetown in south africa.Do u think customers must be penalised for false alarms? +- 7000 customers 320+ false alarms n day!

Yes the must pay fines!Alarms is for emergency's They can atleast phone in!

yes as when there is one you might not be alarmed. it also is not fair to the people who work there. and what if a false one is going and a real on takes place. yes they should think of others than themselves
