Managing Personal Finances....

I have a fixed interest rate on my townhouse and my monthly payments seem to increase each year based on the school taxes being increased and property taxes. I agree that the economy is unpredictable plus the cost of living keeps rising. Fortunately my dad educated me when I was younger to save money so that I would not have to live paycheck to paycheck. Stay away from credit cards is one tip as they are big trouble.
