i have a gym in my home
i workout 3 times a week at the moment for an hour to an hour and half each time
plus 3 mornings a week i do 45 minutes cardio (exersize bike rowing machine)
and 3 evenings a week i do a 45 minute bike ride

i work on a full body routine
monday.. back and biceps
wendsday .. sholders chest and triceps
friday.. legs and abs
i lift alot of weight on each exersize so take a day between each for the muscle to repair before hitting the next muscle group

I used to work at a gym, so I would exercise for a half hour a day after my shift was over. I would alternate between the stationary bike and the treadmill. And sometimes I would use the elyptical trainer, but I could only handle that for about 10 minutes. Now that I no longer work at a gym, I exercise at home. I walk and ride my bike.

I was a diehard sprinter back in high school and did some powerlifting. I have my own little home gym which consists of a chin/dip station, power rack, set of oly weights/bars, bands, and calf station in the basement. Total time working out is around 6-8hrs/week on average which includes both weights and running/conditioning drills.

i have a free 2 month pass to ballys so i will be going there starting on the 13th.i normally workout in the house though but since i got those passes i will be going there. i had joined the national body challenged at discoveryhealth.com

two years ago when i was try to make my body athletics and good performance, i have workout three until five time a week. that is good for my body and my health

I have a gym in my home and I work out daily for as long as possible... kids and pets take up a lot of my time!

I do try to go alothough I usually only make it two or three times a week. If I could go more then that would be great, but my little one hates the babysitting there!

Its been 6years, im going to the gym regularly and i visit 5 days a week, 1hour daily. I do not need to reduce weight but just to maintain it and to feel fresh and fit. I just love gymming and now it has become a very important part of my life and i am not going to leave it for anything.. I really mean it!!
