I think she's really cool and down to earth, someone you can relate to. I think I have watched her shows since she started the cooking shows on food network then she came out with the Rachel Ray show and now I watch both. I think she is a big hit. Her show makes me want to cook. She makes everything look so easy and has taught me alot about cooking.

She has a since of realism in the kitchen. Everyday people don't have a lot of time in the kitchen cooking elaborate meals. Rachel Ray is simple and to the point with her meals. I watch her every day.

You surely jest! :-)Rachel Ray is a dynamic package of downhome cooking. Italian basically but with the American twist done with speed and flavor. I can duplicate all of her dishes even though I don't always have access to all of the fresh herbs, the dry substitute well if you rub them between your warm palms first. She has brought cooking back home. . .yummo!

I like her because she can make cooking fun. I love her 30 minute meals, and I would watch the Rachel Ray Show all the way through if my husband would let me. He wants to watch Home Improvement shows most of the time. Rachel Ray shows how you can make a nutritious meal in a short time. I watched her on Iron Chef America where she was with Bartelli (sorry if I spelled it wrong) and I am sure glad she won. I will have to get one of her cookbooks, and maybe print out some of her recipes from online. So maybe next time we go shopping, I will pick up some cannelloni beans and anchovies if my husband will let me.

I don't necessarily love Rachel Ray but I must admit I watch her show because I enjoy her recipes. On yesterday's show she went over audience/viewer favourites and one recipe I hadn't seen before was her spinach and artichoke mac and chees which looks absolutely delicious. I think I will give it a try next week. I know that my daughter loves mac and chees and this would be a great way to sneak in some spinach. Usually I really like the fact that the recipes are fast and easy. Most nights don't have alot of time in the kitchen to mess around Rachel Ray's show gives me tips on great recipes that will save time. I don't really love the Rachel Ray Show format. I think that some of the discussions on Rachel Ray stray from what she is best at and really have nothing to do with cooking which is kind of bothersome but it won't stop me from watching for the reciptes that come later in the show. Overall The Rachel Ray show is a great choice for those busy moms who love to cook. Check out her recipes!

I got hooked on her 30 minute meals show. I had watched that for about 6-9 months when she came out with her new show. I didn't like her new show at first cause it seemed like she did so much yelling but now she seems to have settled down. I like the show a lot and so does my daughter. She has a great variety of topics that are of interest to us plus she still includes the cooking segments.

I would have to say because of her personality and how she seems like a down to earth person. And also she actually wants to help people like every tues.or thurs.she does that cooking where the audience chooses one for them to try and the other goes to the homeless or those in need rather and i think that, that is really an awesome thing for her to do. So i guess becase she is a very genuine person.

rachel ray - she is a great cook. she can cook so many things in just 30 minutes that is the best part what i like in her cooking.
Rachel Ray...... i love that women. she is so famous yet so down to earth and humble. her full name is Rachel Domenica RAy and she is born in the month of august. i donno the date but i remember the month. her cooking program " 30 minute meal" is so awesome. its so inspiratinal. she has also authored a series of cookbooks based on the 30 minutes meal concept. the best part thing is that she teaches such simple recipes and in whih are ready in just 30 minutes, that is the major attraction.she uses, (what i think), garlic and chicken stock as simple ways to boost flavors. She often uses recipes that include her Italian, GFrench, and American heritage. she emphasizes on using fresh herbs whenever possible. She was also featured asa the sexiest women 2006 but i dont remember the rank. i think its is too down a number to remember bt she was ranked so i remembered that. She has also signed a deal with Oprah Winfrey. her "30 minute meals" recieved an Emmy award for outstanding service show.

Every chance I get, I watch Rachael Ray's show. She never fails to put a smile on my face -- she's so perky and lively. She also seems to be a nice person and doesn't mind looking ridiculous sometimes. I like people without pretenses and she is like that -- somebody in the limelight who's not afraid of showing and telling others that she has weaknesses too. I find it funny when she derides herself for cutting her finger with a knife or talks about her "big Sicilian tush" as she calls it. Very, very down-to-earth. Oh, and don't you just love her coined words and phrases like EVOO, shoebootie and yumm-o? :)

Because she cooks stuff real people will eat, sometimes they make stuff no one is going to buy all the ingredients for, the last thing you are looking for as a real person in french stuff you cant pronounce that takes you a whole day just to do the prep work. I love to cook but for my family of 7 children 2 adults and 2 grandchildren it is easier to make extra large portions of the food rachel ray makes.
