What is the ideal weight for 5'5" long person?

That is my exact height which you have given there. I am also 5'5". My weight is 72 kilos. But I have a pot belly, though I am not someone who is overweight. Still for all I like to get rid of my pot belly and lose a few kilos in this year, 2007.
