Terrorist VS Freedom Fighter?..Are beheadings the right strategy?

So many forumites and world wide protesters scream, "US out of Iraq" Does the end justify the means? If beheadings of civilians and soldiers ultimately leads to withdrawal of US and coalition forces from Iraq, then is it right to do so? War isn't pretty! If your country was occupied by an invading force would you use a "by any means necessary" strategy to defeat the enemy? If you were faced with an overwhelmingly powerful adversary would you use alternative methods to defeat them? Is terror a legitimate strategy when you have nothing else at your disposal? Guerilla warfare changed the contemporary battlefield. Are terror and beheadings the next logical evolutionary step in modern warfare?
