Yahoo Messenger

This is a great feature. I haven't used it yet. But I might try it sometime in the gurture! Does it cost anything?

yeah!! i got 7 yahoo accounts.. i tried everything.. but let me give u a suggestion to try SKYPE where the audio is clearer than yahoo. (wink! wink!) PC to PC calls are for free but have u tried calling frm your yahoo to a mobile phone? or yahoo to a homephone.. it is possible and u will be charged like 1 cent per minute... skype also do that.. but when it ocmes to audio and video quality, skype is much better.. YAHOO is just popular

I do use yahoo messenger and enjoy all its features. I have webcam, microphone, speakers, head phone. I use it whenever I need to talk to my relatives, friends, customers. It is very economical to use it. Other modes of communicating are costlier than this.

really yahoo messenger is a real revelation it has effected all of us in some way of the other.. i love yahoo and all his updates that really excites me

yeah you are absolutely true this is just a fantastic feature of yahooo it is just the cheapest and the easiest methods to talk to yor friends on phone the quality of voice is superb and its virtually free as the only expense is your internet account rest everything is just free there are no calls lost there is a voice mail service and the best thing is the voice quality which is very very good yahoo rocks!!

i have never tried that though i think that the security on the internet may be affected

Yes. this is a very good and useful feature.Recently, my elder son has gone to America. Whenever we find time, we are talking with him through Yahoo messenger Phone by seeing him in the WebCam. So Yahoo is helping our family so close that we forgot the distance between India and America.

yah that really helpful ... you can use Skype as well for that.... its also so good where u can buy credit to call through, you just need to download the software from...www.skype.com

Yes i daily use yahoo messanger after i log on the computer and connect my net daily. I use to talk to my frnds on the messenger and we sometimes exchange some of the important files on the messanger. I used to take the info about them and about many things from the friends using yahoo messenger. Really it is a good feature and a true help to me.

Y - mess is the only one that I use . And when I`m at school where we don`t have y-mess , we are on meebo , but meebo I don`t think that is used as primary for chating with someone . So , if may I return to the topic , Yahoo messenger is the best I think , even that it have some bugs that sometimes are little annoying . Anyway , the chatting thru microphone part is really awesome . For example if somebody let`s say close for me , is now in other country , well , the best way to talk with him for let`s say , Free! is y-mess . Of course , free I mean from PC-to-PC . But also the costs from PC-Cell Phone is really low starting from 0,01 / min . So ... and also the web camera is great to be there , but of course , out there are other strong companies too like MSN...

ya buddy but also they should include 1 more feature in dis...... i.e of recoding d conversation....as it is very useful in both aspects

Yes this is very awsome future, we can talk with friends, parents or maybe your relation bussiness using yahoo messenger. and I think it's very cheaper then telephone if you use yahoo and talk with him using voice. I used yahoo since 2000 and until now i'm still exist in yahoo. My id's always standby from 8 am until 8 pm. I can do anything there.

yeah, i used the internet to contact my friends but I don't use YM for this.. i usually use Skype.. skype has better voice quality

hey this is one of thebest features tht yahoo offers. talkin to our frnds and relatives live on cam is far more cheap than any of the std and isd call facilities and on top of tht we get to see the other person too.. i have my sister stayn at us and we talk to her everyday via webcam and mic..this is fun too we staying at india have seen her whole home.everyday we get to see her and seee her children grow up in front of us.even she feels happpy luking at mom dad every day. i completely agree with u tht yahoo messengr needs a big THANKYOU!!
