From where I can Download Enlish to German Translator for free?

Hey, I want to download online English to German translator. Can anyone please send me the link from where I can download this for free and can use it even if offline?

I've only used online versions. Wish I knew but I'm going to try the one suggested here!

www.Dictionary.com has a great free to use in-browser translator, and I think downloadable too. The only thing you have to realize though is that translators aren't perfect :P Find the translator here (to be exact): http://dictionary.reference.com/translate/text.html
